  • Please contact/confirm with us your approximate arrival & departure times at least 1 day prior to your stay. Failure to do so may result in this Free Complimentary service not being available.
  • Transfers are available for arrivals from
    4-00pm to 10-00pm.
  • Check-In times are from 4.00pm to 11-30pm.
  • We regret we do not accept Guests after
    12.00 Midnight.
  • Departure transfers are from 6am to 10am
    Morning Transfer... You may be asked to leave a little earlier, to accommodate our transfer service and to help reduce our Carbon Footprint.

    George Green Farm provides Free transfers subject to availability. Every effort is made to provide this service. George Green Farm reserves the right to cancel any arranged transfers or not to provide transfers.

    Transfers will not be available to guests with large amounts of luggage or excessively large items. Multiple trips will not be made for the same room. Complimentary transfers constitute one trip to and from the Airport /Station. Only one attempt will be made to collect guests, if guests are not at the meeting point when the transfer vehicle arrives then guests may have to find alternative transport. The maximum number of passengers that can be accommodated by our transfer service is 4 . If your party is larger or you have booked multiple rooms. Please contact us prior.
  • In accordance with UK legislation we adopt a strict no smoking policy throughout the premises. If you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave at your own cost and charged in full for your entire stay plus an additional £100 for special cleaning to your room. Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the room.

  • George Green Farm does not accept any liability whatsoever for Guests missed flights.
  • Parking – Guests parking or leaving their vehicles on our property, do so at the owner/drivers risk. George Green Farm is not responsible for any Loss Theft or Damage however caused.
  • Cancellation Policy. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. A cancellation must be made before 16.00 hours at least 2 days before arrival. If you do turn up on the day of the booking (no show) you will be liable for full payment.
